Delivery and Refunds

All trainers will be shipped within four weeks of date purchase and will be signed for upon receipt unless prior agreed with us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to our products being made to order and hand painted we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an error is made on our part. If so, please contact us within 14 days of receiving order.

Issues and exceptions   

We quality check all our customs before sending them out, making sure they are up to a very high standard. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
